Small visual bug in spectator where hook states of players who died on hook are displayed as having 1 hook state rather then 2.

When I spectate, it doesn't show the proper amount of hooks players acquired throughout the match. For example in my screenshot, the players should have 2 hook states, but when I spectate it shows ...

Occasionally, while spectating the game, the number of hooks counted on a player's HUD is displayed incorrectly while players are on second hook.
