Actual Result:	Yui is downed, repairing a generator, and unable to be hooked
Expected Result:	Yui is downed normally and we hook her.

Additional Notes & Comments:	Apologies, the video uploads were not in sequential order. Go from 2 -> 1 -> 3. I have been unable to reproduce this issue.

Down a Survivor currently repairing the generator
See if the Survivor still is repairing the generator while downed

Explanation

Survivor stuck repairing generators after being downed by Hillbilly's power. The Survivor's ping was in the 60s. They were unable to leave the generator until they DC'd after nearly bleeding out while downed. In the dying state, the Survivor was still repairing the generator and missing skill checks. Their bot let go of the generator and was able to move around freely. We were both unable to pick up the Yui.
