Wesker's Double Dash Triggers on Single M1 Click

Additional Notes & Comments:	This did not happen on the PTB. The PTB had the problem that you sometimes clicked twice and if the second click was a bit too early the second dash wouldn't come out. Now the second dash comes out without me actually clicking M1 a second time. Just holding it a bit longer when triggering the first dash is enough. It happened multiple times during that match, but I clipped only the most obvious instance.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Hold M2 to charge up power
2. Click (and hold a bit) M1 to trigger first dash
3. do not click again, the bug is that the second dash happens without that

Explanation

Wesker dashes two times in a row when I only click M1 once. This happens when you hold M1 a tiny bit too long when initiating the first dash. A second dash will instantly trigger.
