wesker will have to wait a few frames before he can use his second dash, and while this isnt a problem looking straight, its a problem when you try to turn your camera

- charge the ability
- dash with your first token
- try to dash with your second token as soon as possible
Explanation
Wesker is restricted from using power one after another, there is an frame restriction before you can use your power again after the first dash. It prevents palyers from doing quick sharp turns. In the video you can see buffering "works" but wesker still has a restriction before he can use his second dash he can't use it instantly he has to wait a bit before he is able to resulting in his left hand animation looking weird While before the patch there was not such restriction and wesker could instantly use his second dash after the first and as a result there was no strange animation on the left hand indicating you acutally used your second dash instantly on live its impossible
