Actual Result:	The activity icons are invisible/absent only when the Killer is The Lich.

Steps to Reproduce

Start a match as a Survivor against The Lich.
Perform any action (Repairing, Healing, or Cleansing).
Observe the HUD portraits on the left.
Result: No activity icons appear for any survivors for the duration of the trial.

Explanation

When playing against The Lich (Vecna), the Survivor Activity HUD icons (repairing, healing, cleansing, etc.) are completely missing for the entire match. This appears to be a specific interaction with The Lich’s unique HUD elements. In high-MMR solo queue, this makes coordination impossible as you cannot see if teammates are on generators or going for saves.
