Play against the Lich
Be hit by dispelling sphere?
No actions will appear on the HUD

Explanation

When playing against The Lich after the newest update, the indicators showing survivor actions in the HUD (eg. repairing gens, healing...) are completely absent. I have only played on the new map. It has happened to me 3 times, and only against the Lich. I have yet to play a Lich game where this didn't happen, so I am assuming it is reproducible.

ETA: may be related to the dispelling sphere, according to comments.
