Steps to Reproduce

I spawned into the map like this

Explanation

The in-game ui on the left doesn't show actions. Working on a generator isn't being shown, but neither was healing and other actions taken like totems cleansing/blessing and chest opening.
It was not limited to just me as in post-game chat, Dwight also mentioned his was broken (the other two left too quickly to comment)
