Additional Notes & Comments:	I have played more than 100 matches just to get this map twice, and both times couldn't get the achievement, despite completing the gen in both matches and escaping through the gate in one, and the hatch in another one.

Do the generator inside the refuge
Escape through hatch or gate

Explanation

After getting the map from The Walking Dead chapter "Fallen Refuge", I completed the generator inside the refuge and escaped through the gate. I did not get the achievement from it so I kept trying. After a lot of attempts I got the map again and tried to escape through the hatch this time after completing the generator and it still didn't count.
