Explanation

At 10pm NZST, I got on the Fallen Refuge map and complpeted the middle gen at the hospital doors and was there for the completion, also opened the gate and escaped. I did not get the achievement. I wasn't recording though, so I have no idea if you can do anything about it but I am pretty annoyed as this is a hard achievement to get.
