Steps to Reproduce
- No stable reproduction steps
- I was in a 4 player game
- The first expenite upgrade option disappeared after being chosen
- It was 2 consecutive upgrades
- The option didn't come back even for the second upgrade
Explanation
Upgrade choice still disappears after being chosen instead of being replaced
