The "Safety First!" artifact seems to be applying its armor multiplier incorrectly. With a base of 78 armor, I'm only getting an increase of 0.2 armo after taking the artifact.

Artificat which provided health which now provides armor visually increases the armor bar but doesnt increase the number by the correct amount, making max armor not be a full bar
