Today in solo runs, even when Cooper have revive points and come to revive me, its still counting as Defeat. My dwarf even get up on deafeat screen.

revives for solo are causing just a straight loss whenever you go down. even if cooper revives you you still fail.

Playing solo, if you go down at all, for any reason, the mission is lost, even if Cooper revives you. Only if you can get in the elevator immediately after being revived does the mission continue.
