When throwing an imact axe it procceed to float in place and prevent being picked up

Throwing axes cannot be recovered

The impact axes can be picked up after throwing, but picking them up does not add to their ammo counter.

can't mine on a mission (litterally can't get the axe out). I had the weapon deepcore g42.
