Steps to Reproduce

1. Remove roommates right to build
2. Then rejoin
3. Check the role perms again
4. It’ll have reset

Explanation

Plot Permissions reset everytime you rejoin — specifically the roommate. I haven’t checked for the other permission roles but I presume it’s the same. I would extremely appreciate it this was fixed asap?
