Steps to Reproduce

1. When a player leaves the match and the doctor power is full

Explanation

When bots have maximum sanity against the doctor, they can't recover their health, preventing them from repairing, healing, etc. They just walk around and bait the engines; that is, they look at them and try to use them, but nothing happens.
