Expected Result:	The achievement should register the escape of RPD with the conditions and unlock the achievement as it now completed

Additional Notes & Comments:	a) Looks like the progress for this achievement got stuck since 2024. b) This has been halted even before I merged my Steam and Windows DBD progress.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch Dead by Daylight on Windows (Microsoft Store Windows version).
2. Play an online match in RPD West Wing or East Wing as a survivor in 1 vs 4
3. Complete all 5 generators to power up the exit gates
4. Open one of the exit gates completely from 0 to 100
5. Escape through the exit gate

Explanation

The achievement “Outbreak Breakout” in the Windows/Game Pass version of Dead by Daylight is stuck at 95% progress. Completing the required conditions multiple times does not increase the achievement progress. This appears to be a progression or tracking issue affecting the achievement.
