Map specific trophies like Don’t Open, Dead Inside are not unlocking on PS5. PS4 might be affected but there are cases where players have been able to get them on that platform.

I recently got into a game with the map Crotus Prenn asylum and for this trophy you needed to not drop a single drop of blood. I had a friendly killer and when I escaped the trophy didn’t came up.
