Actual Result:	Scratch marks should be appearing constantly below the hook
Expected Result:	The player dies, the hook is temporarily broken and nothing else happens

Steps to Reproduce

1. Hook someone on the hook in the interrogation room (IDK if it has to be holding a wesker spray)
2. Let him die on hook

Explanation

In rpd there is a hook where if you die on it will constantly produce scratchmarks
