Explanation

Hello! I'm very glad about your good update. I'm writing regarding more than 5 bugs at once, as well as a system that can be abused because you won't even check it.

Bug: The game lagginess in the lobby is terrible, and it sometimes even crashes; there are already complaints about this. I wrote to support about it and received a response saying, "Thanks a lot, we'll fix it."

Bug: Hits and FPS—if you play at 120 FPS, it can drop all the way down to 20-30 (not to mention the lobby at all...).

Capitalizing perk names—why? Why not leave it as it was before?

I wrote to you about bugs back when the PTB itself came out, and in response, I received TOTAL IGNORANCE, even though the error was critical. I will attach two links: in one, a tech support employee said they would fix it, but in the end, nothing helped. The second link is where I was flat-out ignored regarding the M1 bug, without even an answer as to whether it's a bug or not, because with this new update and this terrible M1, it is IMPOSSIBLE to hit anyone while holding down M1.

There is also an issue with abusing your "Access to your license has been suspended" error. Even if this was issued by mistake or somehow accidentally—which happened to 5 players on the entire forum, including myself—I'll say right away that it can be bypassed and abused.

I will attach links where everything is explained in detail, along with how it can be abused. I hope we can reach a mutual understanding and that you will fix this issue and this severe exploit, because if people affected by this issue find out about the exploit, they will simply sell their accounts or, even worse, play with cheats somehow.

It’s really disappointing that things turned out this way; right now, I can’t play my favorite game, DbD, before my studies start, nor can I buy any DLC. I’m looking forward to us finding a way to resolve this issue.
I’ll attach a link that details how to exploit this suspended-license issue, along with screenshots proving I was able to play while the license was suspended.
