Regression of:	#261 Guns Not Registering Hits Despite Blood Splatter Animation This issue was created as a new bug instead of being marked as a duplicate because the original issue was already Closed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. just play the recon class

Explanation

i have noticed that when i play the recon class some of my shots don't register i can see that the shot hit and i can see the blood but i don't here the noise that means you hit the shot and they don't take damage
